The vehicle has a stainless steel work base with a refrigerated cell, side sliding worktop and condiment trays, designed to ensure maximum practicality and hygiene.
Each Ape Pizza is equipped with a professional oven wood-fired, electric or gas, complete with flue and rotating chimney, to prepare quality pizzas directly on site.
