To learn more about the company's philosophy, which will be a guest at the Open Day on September 30th, we spoke with Chiara, founder and owner of Ecobioshopping.

"Behind our products there is first of all attention to the raw materials that are produced in an ethical way. Twice a year one of our delegates visits the suppliers to verify that they meet the requirements ", Chiara tells us.

The Ecobioshopping product range includes both fully biodegradable and compostable tableware made with bio-polymers, palm leaves, sugar cane, birch wood and cellulose pulp, and recyclable paper solutions.

All excellent substitutes for plastic, especially in situations where a lot of waste is usually produced. Just like during street food events, festivals and parties.

“We think of sea events and the risk represented by plates, cutlery and plastic cups that remain on the beach and end up in the sea. The biodegradable solutions, on the other hand, dissolve in a few days, "explains Chiara.

Between Street Food and Ecobioshopping there is a well-established collaboration, also thanks to the shared philosophy of "respect for the customer and high quality of the products supplied".
