Earth Day 2025 – Our Power, Our Planet

On Earth Day, we want to share our journey toward greater environmental awareness. A change that starts from within—shaped by choices, people, and small actions that together form a real commitment.

KNOW TO CHANGE, ACT TO IMPROVE

With these words, as a company, we chose to measure our environmental impact. Understanding precisely how and how much we consume allowed us to identify the areas where we could intervene effectively. Through open dialogue between departments, management, and team members, we launched a shared awareness journey where every voice could contribute. Because sustainability is a change we build together.

SMALL REVOLUTIONS THAT BECOME HABITS​

Acting sustainably means changing small daily habits. That’s where real change begins.

One of the first initiatives focused on paper usage: we moved from frequent—and often unnecessary—printing to a policy that limits printing to what’s essential, using recycled paper wherever possible. A simple action that helped us reflect on how automatic—or unconscious—some material usage had become.

We also said goodbye to crates of bottled water, replacing them with a central water dispenser and reusable bottles for everyone. It’s a practical change that eliminated a significant amount of single-use plastic and made even the simplest action—drinking a glass of water—more sustainable.

At the same time, we reorganized waste sorting across offices and production areas. This new system was supported by internal training sessions to raise awareness about individual responsibility. A simple yet essential step to building a shared culture of environmental respect.

Finally, we continue to invest in renewable energy sources: part of our production facilities are powered by solar panels installed on our rooftops—a project launched in recent years that now allows us to significantly reduce our traditional energy consumption.

Earth Day 2025 reminds us that our power—“Our Power,” as this year’s theme says—is real. It lies in our daily choices, business decisions, and in the will to build something that looks beyond the present.

We’ve chosen to do our part. To listen, to learn, and to improve every day. It’s not perfect—but it’s necessary. And now, more than ever, we believe that every action counts, even the smallest one. We’ll keep working to make our business processes more and more sustainable, step by step.
