Made in Italy Day is often an occasion to talk about excellence, iconic products and great companies. For us, it is something simpler and more concrete: it is the way we work every day.
Born in Tuscany, we combine solid structure with a deeply artisanal soul. We see ourselves as organised craftsmen, where every project is shaped by processes, expertise and method-yet driven above all by people and true craftsmanship.

We build food trucks conceived as true working tools-vehicles made to perform, to last, and to stand alongside those who rely on them every day. 

STARTING FROM PEOPLE, NOT FROM THE PRODUCT  
Every project stems from a different need. There are those who want to bring a well-established brand identity to the road, those looking for a more flexible tool to expand their presence, and those who have a precise idea and want to see it realised in every detail. 
This is why our work does not start from a standard model, but from listening. We accompany the client throughout the entire process: from the first meeting to delivery, and often beyond. It is a process made of choices, adaptations and concrete solutions. And it is precisely there that the value of craftsmanship takes shape. 

WORK BUILT IN-HOUSE 
All construction phases are managed in-house, at our facility of over 12,000 sq.m. in Terranuova Bracciolini. This allows us to closely oversee every step and maintain consistency between the project and the final result. 
Above all, it’s people who make the difference. Technical skills are essential, but so are experience, attention to detail, and the responsibility behind every project. 

TUSCANY AND THE ITALIAN SUPPLY CHAIN 
Being Tuscan, for us, is not just a geographical fact. It is a way of working, made of attention, concreteness and care. Whenever possible, we choose Italian suppliers, materials and partners. It is not a written rule, but a direction we believe in.
Because Made in Italy, in our work, also passes through these everyday decisions. 

THE FOOD TRUCK TODAY 
In recent years, the food truck has become an increasingly widespread choice. It is a flexible, direct tool, capable of adapting to different contexts - a market, a private event, a city square, a festival. A mobile point of sale that does not require a fixed premises and allows you to be present wherever the audience is. 
And precisely for this reason it requires attention: every detail must be designed for those who will work in it every day. Our task is to accompany this transition, transforming an idea into something concrete and usable. 

CREATING VALUE, IN A CONCRETE WAY 
If we were to sum up the meaning of what we do, we would probably use two words: create value
