We inaugurate 2020 with a big event.
Sigep is the most important professional fair of the year dedicated to Artisan Gelato and confectionery and will be held from 18 to 22 January at the Expo Center in Rimini, Italy.
Sigep focuses on 5 main sectors: gelato, pastry, chocolate, bakery and coffee showcased in 129,000 square meters of space. Now in its 41st edition, this year the fair will give particular importance to innovation,future trends and new formats.
In the wake of the new applications in the field of sweet foodservice and the growing role of street food, we will join the event to present the innovations of ice cream on the road – and more!
For this special occasion we will present you a range of proposals to bring ice cream on the road in some of the most original forms: from the cart to the porter piaggio.
Furthermore, we will be happy to invite you at our stand to participate in a special event: in collaboration with our trusted partner Callebaut we will bring to Sigep the ChocoDay, born to discover all the nuances of chocolate ice cream.
Not just chocolate nor desserts: those who have been following us for a while know that we have a range of vehicles for street food that is suitable for any type of activity on the road. We are therefore happy to show you at Sigep all the possibilities that a vehicle for street food can offer you, and develop together with you concepts ranging from pizza to pasta on the road.
